Could Yesterday's Fake AP Report Saying Russian Missiles Struck Poland Set Off A Chain Of Events Leading To A WWIII Scenario?

Zero Hedge: Associated Press Issues Correction To Its Fake Report Which Could Have Kicked Off WW3

Update(1605ET): The Associated Press has issued an official correction for its not-so-inconsequential bit of reporting Tuesday that could have easily set off a chain of events leading to a WWIII scenario.

"The Associated Press reported erroneously, based on information from a senior American intelligence official who spoke on condition of anonymity" ...and we the know rest which unleashed a day of incessant warmongering based on the allegation that Russia attacked a NATO member. The incredibly embarrassing correction further states, "Subsequent reporting showed that the missiles were Russian-made and most likely fired by Ukraine in defense against a Russian attack."

WNU Editor: The AP is the world's biggest news wire service. What they report carries weight and global of attention.

If Trump had been the victim of the false report, there wouldn't have been a retraction. These assholes are more interested in getting a scoop than the truth.

The American govt did not accept that story and when it explored the incident issued its own true account. What counts is a govt response and not a wrong newspaper account.

I will go with what Goldstein said. The impact crate did not look like that of a S-300.

Therefore the missile was Russian fired by Russians.

You do not have to have a doctorate in each and every field to get things right or to get a ballpark answer.

Crater size is proportional to amount of explosive, which is usually measure in terms of TNT.

Maybe, maybe not. You can say that the missile "may have been" or "most likely"

but to say "was"? No, that is a definitive /presumptive...

"Crater size is proportional to amount of explosive, which is usually measure in terms of TNT."

yes but you also have other factors..... Soil density, angle of impact, speed of impact and types of warheads.

Not saying I know. IDK, you could be right then again....

"Soil density, angle of impact, speed of impact and types of warheads."

The formulas for such things are posted online.

"20% to 30% of any given population is taught to crank equations are put effort into it. With age that declines rapidly."

So maybe journalist could gather some of the variable, make news reading more interactive and put more trust into journalism again?

I like how the troll on another post posited a root cellar. If I were a farmer, I would drive a very heavy tractor next to or over such a void. What is the worse that could happen missile or no missile?

This I know. One of the two resident brownshoes opined the crater was too large. This is a person who made craters for training purposes in Nevada or has been given instruction in the weapons they could use.

So a brown shoe considered crater size, but the leaders talked about the naught.

The leaders are lazy. They expect the majority or plurality of people to believe what they put out through a compliant press.

Maybe the leaders did not think to ask and the military leaders did not think to tell them. About that. Periodically, there are terrorist attacks. So a national leader should ask that question of the FBI, CIA or military and those people should turn around and ask their experts.
The the information would filter back up and the president could speak of radar tracks, production line serial numbers (FBI is very good at this), missile tacks of the air engagement. Blast analysis. They could talk of hit rates and more. The press conference could last 5 to 15 minutes and then turned over to experts.

Divulging radar tracks might divulge too much. Those could be spoke generically or just the other evidence used.

Besides laziness or arrogance (people will believe what press tells them), I think the president might be chickenshit. He was during the Obama years. He would never have pulled the trigger on Osama. Obama did. The shikken IMO is chickenshit too. Not as much as Biden, but chickenshit nonetheless.

The Russians know if Biden is chickenshit about this. The Russian have some idea of Ukrainian missile defenses. They also probably sent their missiles to hit Lviv on more than 1 vector. If they J hooked a cruise missile, then an S-300 could have been shot toward Poland. The Russian might know of they had cruise missile veer off course. they are probably using radar in Belarus. the Russians know Biden is chickenshit and will push the envelope more, because of it.

J hook

Multiple missiles (barrage)

different vectors

Why would an American president who has not shopped at a supermarket for decades explain cruise missile route in terms of football, which he does not watch?

LOL @ the conspiracists in this thread. Remember this the next time they take the Daily Mail warcrime story of the day as absolute truth.
