This is exactly the kind of problem where the more skittish countries like Canada and New Zealand, who are reluctant to send "military aid", should be stepping up to send generators and water purifiers. Fast, regardless of the cost. Is the money and will still there to do so? You can't hydrate Kiev with a few handpumps for long.

If the Ukrainians had put their country first and negotiated with Putin, none of this would be happening. Instead, Zelensky decided to play the role as NATO puppet and get his country obliterated. The man literally asked the US to start nuclear WW3 over this conflict.

Russia invaded Ukraine back in 2014. Eight years later Ukraine was still not part of NATO. NATO is a boogey man used by Russian oligarchs to keep people in line. People who have no money and therefore have no kids, because the oligarchs hog all the money.

Funny but Russia attacked Georgia in 2008

And Chechnya twice in the last 25 years.
