Driving around on vacation or business, I always make not of nuclear plants, other power plants, and refineries. Part of the reason I do for the ~ 100 nuke plants is the Left makes such a stink about them. I have this whole thin about my country not being de-industrialized and being able to turn on the lights without a match. Yeah, that is crazy, I know.

When I went to Wichita for a national track meet, I noticed there was a refinery at El Dorado. I also notice the functioning and nonfunctioning stripper wells in eastern and SE Kansas.

Having a mental map without the aid of a propaganda outlet like the NYT, WaPo or Time magazine, I can immediately see that if you get a pipeline from Canada to El Dorado, then you are hooked up to the Texan refineries as well.

Hooking up all those refineries in a network across the nation with pipelines means that the gas prices across the US will be more even and generally lower. Without the pipeline Red states in the SE generally have lower prices than the blue states that Democrats have a strangle hold on and are killing. (Yeah, the first thing Joe Biden did on taking office was shit on Keystone XL and the American people.)

Having generally cheaper gas so people can afford to live in blue states should be thought of a good thing. Right?

The answer appears to be No. Too cheap of living and those temporarily necessary blue voters are a burden on Gaia. At least that is the thinking of Democrat thought leaders and the true believing activists. Activists led in part by a HS drop out, St Greta.
