Is infosys being treated differently? How/why are they still operating there?

When I think of Infosys, I think about the Indian good old boy network. they are equal opportunity discrimination, That network discriminates against white and blacks. what is not to like?

"A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Infosys, alleging that the company has engaged in systematic, company-wide discrimination against Americans and others who are not of South Asian descent."
