The CradleUS to establish new military base in northeastern Syria

US troops recently set up another military base in Naqara village, just three kilometers from the northeastern province of Hasakah

The US-led international coalition forces operating in northeastern Syria intend to establish a new military base in their controlled areas in the countryside of Raqqa.

Local sources said that a convoy of US forces, including several armored military vehicles, arrived in Raqqa city as part of preparations to install a new base in the area.

On the field, the illegal troops began transferring the logistical equipment and necessary gear to the specified location, coinciding with heavy surveillance drone activity.

Mission creep? It's one of the relatively few things that the US has excelled at since Korea. Maximum payout, minimum returns. An excellent formula for economic stability. The sun never sets on US foreign policy.

USA invaded. Simple as. They can just go home.

Syria was behind the bombing of the marine Barracks in Beirut and the embassy bombing. Syria provided aid and support to Al Qaeda fighters entering Iraq after 2003. Syria still has the same government. In other words we owe the Assads.

No Syria was not behind the Beirut Bombing. That was an Iranian operation.
Al queda in Syria,? That is not a Syrian Operation Al queda is sunni Dyria Alowite

Mr. Nobody is such a wanker.

An operation cannot have more than one father? If the Iranians were the main instigator behind the Beirut Bombing that means automatically that no one else was in on it.

"Lebanese author Hala Jaber claims that Iran and Syria helped organize the bombing which was run by two Lebanese Shia, Imad Mughniyah and Mustafa Badr Al Din:

Imad Mughniyeh and Mustafa Badr Al Din took charge of the Syrian–Iranian backed operation. Mughniyeh had been a highly trained security man with the PLO's Force 17 . . . "

Lebanon is in Syria's backyard. At the vey least they had to turn a blind eye.

Yeah, Mr. Nobody is such a wanker and not very cleaver or entertaining one.

Who was the main actor in the coup against Mossadegh, the US or Britain? if it one and not the other, does that let the other off the hook.

The WP sucks. Not that it may not be right . Even a broken clock is right twice a day But it seems kind of convenient that they come out with an article in 2022 after all these years. I guess after the sarin gas attack false flag came out and the white helmets crap now they need something else to make syria "evil" US has no buisness in syria. The taking of oil from that land is theft, plain and simple
