Cameron Compares Russia to Nazi Germany Ahead of Meeting With Putin -- Sputnik

British Prime Minister David Cameron has compared Russia to Nazi Germany over Moscow’s actions in Ukraine ahead of meeting with Vladimir Putin on Saturday at the G20 summit in Australia.

MOSCOW, November 13 (Sputnik) – UK Prime Minister David Cameron has likened Russia to Nazi Germany over Moscow’s actions in Ukraine ahead of his meeting with President Vladimir Putin, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday.

“Russian action in Ukraine is unacceptable. We have to be clear about what we are dealing with. It is a large state bullying a smaller state in Europe … We have seen the consequences of that in the past and we should learn the lessons of history and make sure we don't let it happen again,” the prime minister said in reference to World War II, according to the newspaper.

My Comment: This is not the first time that UK PM Cameron has made this comparison. This is also not how you win friends in Russia.

There is a silver lining.

Cameron is digging himself so deep that he will tunnel to China. Think of the cost savings of regular London to Beijing train service!

So you cannot speak out against South Asian immigration or crime in England or you are a racist and are jailed.

But Cameron can flippantly turn around and call the Russians NAZIs.

Cameron sinks lower and lower in my estimation. His NAZI remark and English speech laws are not even consistent.

He is doing what he thinks is necessary for cheap , easy political points.

English speech laws could vbe seen (& are seen by many as NAZI-like).

Russia has problems in the Caucacus with radical Muslims. Some would say the only way that the Russians know how to solve this problems is with force.

They would be wrong.

Russia tries very hard to keep peace in Khazan. They are very engaged with Imans and community leaders in Khazan and are very interested in keeping the peace.

If they were NAZI like, they would be looking for an excuse in Khazan. But they are not.

Maybe Cameron is not well read about Khazan and so makes stupid comments.

Cameron is no replacement for Maggie.
