WNU Editor: A classic case of someone who got consumed with all the hate that he saw on TV and elsewhere .... hate that is on top of the hate that he already has .... and then acts on it. In the case of James Hodgkinson .... it appears that he has a long history of violence, and his current state of anger was specifically directed against Republicans and President Trump. As to what set him off to make the decision to shoot Republicans today .... who knows .... but when I look at what is on TV and in the culture right now .... specifically the recent coverage on President Trump and Republicans .... you have to wonder if it had an impact.

Update: On a side note .... Dr. Savage predicted this on his radio program yesterday .... that the current hateful and destructive narrative in many parts of the media will only put people who live on the margins off the edge. Sadly .... he has been proven right today.

So he's not a real doctor and his last name is Weiner? Makes sense.

I would classify Dr. Savage as someone who "pisses" everyone off on the one hand, and then gets everyone to support him on the other hand.
I listen to him on KSFO once every few weeks .... and yesterday I wanted his take on Jeff Sessions. But I am not stuck there .... I will admit that I also watched Rachel Maddow yesterday (via YouTube) .... and what was her take on the Sessions testimony. That is why I know what Savage said yesterday.

Michael Savage explained on air why he took the name Savage. It was after someone he admired.

Michael has lost some of his fire with age. But he is good and he admits mistakes.

I listen to both Savage And Hannity.

Savage 'called' Hannity the 'Wall Banger' and O'Reilly ' The Leprechaun'. I believe these name featured prominently in his book 'The Political Zoo'.
I retrospect, he said is was not the best thing to have done.

But it just goes to show conservatives do not march in lockstep unlike the MSM.

Michael was a liberal, a leftist, until he go mugged by Reality. No not Reality Winner.

He was a social worker in NYC and saw that welfare people lived better than he did. So that makes him smarter than rubes, who vote for Governor Malloy. That governor is the doofus, who raised taxes and drove out many people and businesses. Now said dufus is pleading for business to come back.

Hartford will circle the drain, if Aetna pulls out. Maybe Connecticut will too.

Bernie would have known the primary if it had been fair.

The outcome of a Bernie vs Trump?

There would have been real energy on the Left.

"Repeating his contention that Mrs. Clinton wanted to abolish the right to bear arms, Mr. Trump warned at a rally here that it would be “a horrible day” if Mrs. Clinton were elected and got to appoint a tiebreaking Supreme Court justice.

“If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks,” Mr. Trump said, as the crowd began to boo. He quickly added: “Although the Second Amendment people — maybe there is, I don’t know.”

Oblique as it was, Mr. Trump’s remark quickly elicited a wave of condemnation from Democrats, gun control advocates and others, who accused him of suggesting violence against Mrs. Clinton or liberal jurists. Bernice A. King, daughter of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., called Mr. Trump’s words “distasteful, disturbing, dangerous.”

NYT is very close to being sued for libel and losing. They printed a retraction. usually that stuff is hidden, but this time it was not. The want to give the appearance of sad, puppy dog eyes so their asses are not sued.
