WNU Editor: The Chinese are investing heavily in their space program. At the moment I do not see a clear winner who is going to dominate this aspect of space.

Umm, the Chinese are still in the 60's and 70's, they do not even come close to NASA, JAXA nor the ESA. Hell even SpaceX is way ahead of them.
