Media Upset That Trump's Son Tweets Name Of Alleged Whistleblower Even Though His Name Was Revealed Last Week

AFP: Impeachment: Trump's son tweets name of alleged whistleblower

Washington (AFP) - President Donald Trump's son published on Wednesday the name of the alleged anonymous whistleblower whose complaint fired the impeachment inquiry against Trump, breaking strict conventions for protecting officials who reveal wrongdoing in government.

Amid calls by the president himself to expose the whistleblower, Donald Trump Jr. tweeted the name of a CIA analyst which has circulated online for weeks, and linked to a Breitbart news article implying the person was pro-Democrat and anti-Trump.

AFP could not independently verify the whistleblower's identity and is not publishing the name.

"Picture of Obama’s staff welcoming President Trump on his 1st day at the White House."

Nobody looks happy and especially not the redhead who was no doubt already having nightmares about his sexual aggressiveness towards women. You can almost read her thoughts as in "You put one hand on me you pervert sob and you will lose it."

Intel officials want CIA Director Gina Haspel to protect Ukraine whistleblower from Trump
As Trump allies denounce the whistleblower, pressure is building on CIA Director Gina Haspel to take a stand, say current and ex intelligence officials.

Makes me sick to my stomach the media says Trump Jr. was "breaking strict conventions for protecting officials who reveal wrongdoing in government."

But the crooked leaker's name was out in public for weeks before this. What liars they are. I think the liberal press needs to be suppressed because they are obviously hurting the nation with their lies.

anon: it is the gop that is hunting the whistleblower, despite the protection that our laws afford him or her. Names given, as at this site, guess but do not prove and thus make life difficult for the named person...that is unfair and very harmful

Bob, what I see is a group of sourpuss' within a larger group. All paid by us, the taxpayer. If the sourpuss group is your idea of an employee you would hire for your company, I caution you to think twice, or more, before you consider starting up a business. Frankly, a whole lot of them should have been replaced on day one under the heading of tainted goods. Tainted, unproductive goods.

Your friend, Roger.

“There’s a Real Concern for This Guy’s Safety”: News Outlets Grapple With Unmasking the Whistle-Blower

As Donald Trump Jr. and Rand Paul join the likes of Breitbart and the Gateway Pundit to unmask a government informant, outlets like the Times, Post, and CNN are holding the line. But as one political journalist put it, “What does the media do when or if the president names him?”

5:54's comment is written in a very broken, staccato style. It is not yet word soup, but I am tempted to try to look up a measure o a person's cognitive deterioration based on their writing.

Does 5:54 have a fail comment or is the reality that Dems are gaming the system.

"All will soon come to light" says the parrot inn its inimitable style

We should consider ourselves fortunate that the parrot did not post its comment all in CAPS or all in bold.

Parrot has been writing "All will soon come to light" for 3 solid years now. So it certainly fits Einstein's definition of insane.

Anon 5:54PM,

"unfair and very harmful". Your concern is touching even if it could be compared to a one way street. A little wrinkle in the bedsheet of your concern though...it's called freedom of speech. It's what we do in this country. It's one of a number of reasons why the ex president said "If you like your doctor..." and didn't get sued. Yet.

If the whistle blower is protected under law and if someone violates that then they must be subject to a judiciary process and punishment, President or no.

The country is either law abiding, or, it is not. It is begining to look as if it is not but then perhaps there is no surprise there.

'Coup has started,' whistleblower's attorney said in 2017 posts calling for impeachment

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/coup-has-started-whistleblowers-attorney-said-in-2017-posts-calling-for-impeachment

"Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats' ongoing impeachment inquiry, tweeted conspicuously in January 2017 that a "coup has started" and that "impeachment will follow ultimately."

Then, in July 2017, Zaid remarked, "I predict @CNN will play a key role in @realDonaldTrump not finishing out his full term as president." Also that month, Zaid tweeted, "We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters."

Amid a slew of impeachment-related posts, Zaid assured his Twitter followers that "as one falls, two more will take their place," apparently referring to Trump administration employees who defy the White House. Zaid promised that the "coup" would occur in "many steps."

The tweets, which came shortly after President Trump fired then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates for failing to defend federal laws in court, are likely to fuel Republican concerns that the anonymous whistleblower's complaint is tainted with partisanship. Trump's call with Ukraine's leader, which is the subject of the complaint, occurred in July 2019.

“The whistleblower’s lawyer gave away the game," the Trump campaign's communications director, Tim Murtaugh, told Fox News. "It was always the Democrats’ plan to stage a coup and impeach President Trump and all they ever needed was the right scheme. They whiffed on Mueller so now they’ve settled on the perfectly fine Ukraine phone call. This proves this was orchestrated from the beginning.”
