China's Navy Commissioned Eight Destroyers In 2021, Breaking The U.S. Navy's Six Destroyers In 1996

WNU Editor: I have been told that in 2022 China is going to match, and maybe surpasee, this year's record. If this is not a sign that China is massively building up its military forces, I then do not know what is.
