CBC News: Quebec expands vaccine passports to liquor, cannabis stores, with 3rd dose requirement on the way
Quebecers will need to show proof of vaccination to enter SAQ, SQDC as of Jan. 18 Quebec will expand its vaccination passport system so that users will eventually be required to have three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in order to use it, Health Minister Christian Dubé announced during a news conference Thursday.
Dubé did not provide an exact date for the change, only saying it would be made once all Quebecers have been given the chance to get a third dose.
Currently, the general population has access to a third dose if they are 50 or older. All adults will have access as of Jan. 17.

No weed without a vax passport? I'd predict riots except that most potheads are government sheep anyway and do what they're told.

Locally, they are claim there are not enough beds. There are enough physical beds. Ventilators are not a problem.
What is the problem? Staffing.
Many are calling in sick. They could be asymptomatic, bit they are staying home. The President, governors, CEOs have literally driven people out of the healthcare field. Some dropped out and some were fired. So there is no longer enough staffing for the beds.
President Joe Biden has made it hard or impossible to get monoclonal antibodies. First, it was because de Santis was too effective, so they came up the equity excuse. Now they are claiming monoclonal antibodies won't work with the variants.
They won't use drugs off label like ivermectin. The ivermectin COVID Africa enigma is real. A woman in a coma in Britain was saved by Viagra. That is off label use.
The fascists in control are making stuff up on the fly and now you are paying the price.
