From The Middle East Times:Secret details of the production of a new type of explosively formed penetrator, or EFP in military jargon, is being produced by Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps – Qods Force (IRGC-QF), according to sources in the Iranian resistance.
The information was revealed at a Parliamentary press conference held in London Tuesday by the National Council of Resistance of Iran, a group opposed to the rule of the mullahs.

My Comment: I cannot say that I am surprised by this report. Iran's President summed it up perfectly when he remarked that "The Bush Administration can't hurt Iran". I have to agree.
The next U.S. President and Congress will now have to face the following choices when it comes to its dealings with Iran and its sponsored terrorist groups.
1) Do nothing and suffer casualties in Iraq and .... probably soon .... in Afghanistan and elsewhere.
2) Trust that the international community will be able to pressure Iran to do the right thing .... (I doubt that this will be happening).
3) Start a covert war against Iran.
4) Start a conventional war with Iran.
