Just a continuation of the story of how the defense industry could not estimate the cost of a program to save it's life; or the life of a program. Regardless of the election results, I figure that the life of a few of these programs will be at risk. Certainly the the first two. The Virginia is probably secure given how the Congressional gravy train/RICO graft-fest works with shipbuilding. And the fact that we know that the thing will actually work.
