The drone war over Pakistan has slowed, a bit. But American robotic aircraft continue to take out suspected militants in Pakistan's tribal regions. A drone strike killed two yesterday near the town of Miramshah.
The unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs, have struck approximately two dozen times since the beginning of August. But the past six weeks have been a little quieter, of late. "Al Qaeda and the Taliban have taken additional security precautions," a senior U.S. military intelligence official tells The Long War Journal. "They have either gone to ground or are limiting their movements and meetings to reduce their visibility."

My Comment: This is a weapon system that works. A testament to how good it is .... every commander on a battlefield has remarked on how secure they feel when those drones are flying above their heads. As for the enemy .... they are always fearful.
