From The Washington Post:FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III today warned that extremists "with large agendas and little money can use rudimentary weapons" to sow terror, raising the specter that recent attacks in Mumbai that killed 170 people last year could embolden terrorists seeking to attack U.S. cities.
At a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, Mueller said that the bureau is expanding its focus beyond al-Qaeda and into splinter groups, radicals who try to enter the country through the visa waiver program and "home-grown terrorists."
"The universe of crime and terrorism stretches out infinitely before us, and we too are working to find what we believe to be out there but cannot always see," Mueller said.

FBI director Robret Mullers comments are well understandable by versions internationally,here i must want to acknowledge FBI and American Intelegence council and Intelegenstia about basic grading by FBI about international orgnised crimes as Afroasian orimes and Afroamerican orgnised crimed,Euroasians orgnised crimes and so on.
Robret Muller a capable director have must analysis updates also but in my opnion this orgnised crime is more in crime corporate undergrounded attitudes and it have made block sytems for their venturings.In these joint ventures and block based International orgnised crimes,financial authorties regardingly different so money dropped for crimes is confidentially managed as per their securities to safer from International checking eyes so monitorings converts over a little money recieving criminals and investigative speeds are defendive and criminals of international orgnised crimes and terrorism are offensive so defending thories are chasing manuals and block made corporate orgnised crimes and terrorism circle creats new and speedy projects and plans.
So manually and contextly Americans are more safer and aware in todays world rather than another nation or country but due to orgnised criminals and terrorist focusings over America most than others.
