From Yahoo News/AFP:

THE HAGUE (AFP) – The Netherlands will host a high level conference on the future of Afghanistan on March 31 in The Hague, the Dutch government said Tuesday.

"Under the auspices of the United Nations, a high-level conference on the future of Afghanistan will be held in The Hague on 31 March," a foreign ministry statement said, adding it would likely be chaired by UN chief Ban Ki-moon.

Foreign ministers and representatives of international bodies involved in security and reconstruction in Afghanistan will be invited.

My Comment: Everyone will be invited there. Nato, Iran, Pakistan, other countries bordering the region. Russia, The UN, Aid and NGO agencies, the U.S., China, etc. etc. etc.

The only ones who will not be invited are the Taliban.

Yup ..... a typical international conference in which nothing is going to change.
