Ayman al-Zawahiri, the right-hand man of Osama bin Laden, has said Barack Obama's policies have failed to change Muslim perceptions of America.
The deputy leader of al-Qaeda accused the US of continuing to kill Muslims around the world according to excerpts said to be from a new video statement.
"The new President Obama did not change anything of the image of America towards Muslims and the oppressed," Zawahiri said.

My Comment: It is interesting that Osama Bin Laden has been silent on the election and Presidency of Barack Obama.
