Police: Car Bombs Kill 41 In Baghdad Shiite Area -- Yahoo News/AP
BAGHDAD – Iraqi police have raised the death toll in a twin car bombing in Baghdad's main Shiite district to at least 41.
Wednesday's blasts in Sadr City come less than a week after bombings claimed more than 150 lives over a two-day span.
The violence has raised fears that suspected Sunni insurgents are regrouping and trying to reignite sectarian strife as the U.S. military begins to withdraw.
