A North Korean - Burma Military Alliance?
Burma's leaders paid a secret visit to North Korea at the end of last year and pledged to expand cooperation in arms production, according to a leaked document.
The revelation that the two rogue states have stepped up their cooperation in weapons trading and military training came as Ban Ki-moon, the UN Secretary General, arrived in Rangoon for a controversial visit.
Mr Ban is in Burma for negotiations over the release of a group of political prisoners and could also be granted access to Aung San Suu Kyi, who is on trial for allegedly violating the terms of her house arrest.

My Comment: Burma and North Korea restored diplomatic relations in 2007. Being pariahs in the international community probably made this relationship inevitable. The tangible benefits and trade between these two countries has not been revealed, but I doubt that they are exchanging consumer electronics.
