My Comment: This UK report holds back no punches. It is damning and critical of the actions and procedures of the Ministry of Defense.
What I personally found most disgusting was this sentence .... In a separate development it was disclosed that hundreds of British soldiers wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan are locked in legal battles with the MoD over compensation.
Crippled soldiers going to court to fight against their own government for help. I just cannot believe it.
The waste .... the incompetence .... the inertia of the entire system .... now I know why many UK soldiers do not re-enlist when their tour of duty is up. Who would?
