My Comment: This is a powerful letter from Judea Pearl .... the father of Daniel Pearl.
This is a must read and one that I can only hope President Obama reads also.

Guantanamo Bay is a moral dilemma and the new difficult era should not be excuse for treating prisoners like that even they have been accused of terrorism. we do not want to be same as them, do we? what happen to the presuntion of innocence?
