It's Official: The ATF And The FBI Don't Get Along -- Time Magazine
In April 2005, sheriff's deputies reached a suburban Seattle home in time to prevent a firebomb from detonating. But there was nothing the sheriff's department could do to defuse another volatile situation at the site: a feud between the explosives teams that showed up from the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

My Comment: You would think that after 9/11 and the creation of Homeland Security that this type of conflict would be a thing of the past .... apparently not.
My take of this conflict is the following .... if they cannot agree on something as simple as who has jurisdiction on a site, you know that they will not be able to agree on sharing intelligence.
Are there any red flags up after this incident .... if they are not flying, they should be.
