My Comment: The Poles are right .... they have no reason to trust the U.S. when it comes to missile defense. After unilaterally breaking the previous missile defense agreement with Eastern Europe, the U.S. has irrevocable damaged their relations with the countries in this region. The U.S. media may fawn on how the Vice President was received on this trip, but when he leaves each country the remarks and analysis of his trip from that country's media reveals a far more negative and skeptical audience.
Are the Poles expecting anything of substance from President Obama's administration on missile defense .... from what I am reading in their press it appears that they are not optimistic.
