My Comment: Since yesterday .... when President Obama met Congressional leaders .... leaks and rumors are now the rule of the land in Washington. I am getting flooded with information that President Obama is going to cut forces (by a few thousand), to him accepting General McChystal's assessment that 40,000 additional troops will be required.

I do not know exactly what President Obama is going to do, and it is with this background that I am not going to post any more news bulletins until something more substantial is reported .... and reported with multiple sources.

As to when will the final decision be made officially .... my guess is just as good as yours.
