A leaked United Nations report on a shadowy Congolese rebel group may do what neither the Rwandan nor the Congolese militaries were able to do with their massive military joint operation: cut the rebels off from their foreign supporters and bring to an end their brutal uprising.

My Comment: Its all about the money .... and when one looks at the mineral wealth in The Congo .... there is more than enough money there to perpetuate this terrible war for decades.

But the UN is right .... if one can cut the rebels off from their foreign supporters and their funding .... this war will quickly end. But will this be done .... they will try but it will not succeed .... and the reason why is simple .... because it is all about the money.
