Rolf Mowatt-Larssen spent more than two dozen years in intelligence, both in the CIA and U.S. Department of Energy. My Comment: This is a comprehensive study on Al Qaeda and its pursuit of WMDs. There is a lot of info here that bears close reading and scrutiny.
