After 9/11 Trial Plan, Holder Hones Political Ear -- New York Times

My Comment: I suspect that after AG Holder made the announcement that the 9/11 trials will be held in Manhattan .... the political firestorm that resulted put him in hot water with some in the Democrat Party. So much for the Justice Department being above it all.

I still do not expect President Obama to replace AG Eric Holder .... after all they both share the same opinions and viewpoints. But politically he cannot afford anymore miscues. Even though this New York Times article is a puff piece on the Attorney General, the message is clear .... more mistakes on his part will only result with even more members of his own party starting to call for his replacement .... a situation that neither he or President Obama can afford at this point in time.
