Questions Abound as "New START" Agreement is Completed

My Comment: There is a lot of information and news on this agreement. But what I have found interesting is not the US reaction .... which is typical gloating and praising President Obama .... what I find interesting is the Russian reaction. There is a considerable amount of negative punditry reaction to this agreement .... in particular on the issue of missile defense. In short .... many in the Russian press believe that President Medvedev gave away too much, and that this is not a good agreement.

I have not had a chance to read the agreement ... I probably will tomorrow night .... but there is a lot more there than what the press is reporting. If not tomorrow ... probably Sunday morning .... I will provide a greater and more detail analysis on this agreement and on what it means to us and to Russia.
