Obama's Day: The Health Care Bill Becomes Law -- USA Today

Good morning from The Oval. It's a day of triumph for many Democrats, as President Obama signs the health care bill into law and kicks off the biggest overhaul of the system since Medicare.

In a two-step process late this morning, Obama first signs the bill in the East Room of the White House. He then travels to the Interior Department to discuss the new health care plan with long-time supporters.
