(May. 21) - A fighter jet is guided into Aviano Air Base in Italy, a site believed to host U.S. nonstrategic nuclear weapons. Decisions to alter U.S. tactical nuclear-weapon deployments in Europe should be reached by NATO with Russia's involvement, former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright told a Senate panel yesteday (U.S. Air Force photo).
