My Comment: North Korea is a communist dictatorship. Nothing of importance will be done in that country unless Kim Il-Jong signs off on it. The idea that the sinking of the Cheonan was a rogue operation does not fit into what (and how) communist dictatorships work. With tensions rising, one can only speculate on what North Korea will do next .... but their intent is very clear .... they are provoking South Korea to start a war and we in the West are unprepared to face up to it..
