Sabotage Slowing Iran Nuke Progress? CIA Won't Say -- ABC News

Iran has run into some technical problems with their nuclear program. Is it sabotage? In an EXCLUSIVE interview on “This Week,” CIA Director Leon Panetta wouldn’t address intelligence operations, but did say if the Iranians were clearly pursuing peaceful nuclear pursuits, they would no longer have technical problems.

“The administration has continually said that Iran has run into technical troubles in their nuclear program. Is that because the Iranians are bad at what they do or because the U.S. and other countries are helping them be bad at what they do?” host Jake Tapper asked.

My Comment:
The CIA Director was very coy on his response to this question. While not denying that they were involved in conducting sabotage, he also was not confirming it. Or .... CIA Director Panetta was simply giving out disinformation.

My take .... after last years violent crack down on democracy activists and university supporters .... there will be no shortage of volunteers who would take any opportunity to put roadblocks in front of Iran's nuclear program, and to embarrass the Iranian government and the clerics who rule over them in the process.
