600 Diggers Caught With Drugs In Five Years -- ABC News (Australia)

The Defence Force has caught almost 600 servicemen and women taking illegal drugs and steroids in the past five years.

The ADF released the figures after an Australian soldier was found unconscious in his barracks in Afghanistan.

The suspected drug overdose has prompted the Defence Force to set up an inquiry into drug abuse.
