A sense of predictability hangs over the dense green foliage and dark grey fortifications of the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea. My Comment: In all my years of being a "Korea watcher", I have never seen tensions as high as they are today. I am skeptical of this radiation report, but it is an accurate reflection on how intense the scrutiny is now on the DMZ.
