Pakistan Taliban Threaten Attacks On US And Europe -- The Telegraph
A senior commander in the Pakistan Taliban last night announced it was planning terror strikes against targets in the US and Europe similar to the Times Square bomb plot.
Qari Hussain Mehsud, who commands suicide squads for the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), said he was proud that the US had added his organisation to its international terrorism blacklist on Wednesday.
And he and promised a fresh wave of attacks that would resemble the attempted Times Square bombing earlier this year.

My Comment: I find it incredible that it is only now that the U.S. is labeling these extremist organizations in Pakistan as terror groups, and putting a bounty on their leaders and financial sanctions on them. But unfortunately, this will probably not diminish the threat. In the end .... it is not if, but when a successful mass casualty attack from a Pakistan organized plot will be directed at us in the U.S., or to our allies in Europe.
