My Comment: Against the advice of all the military chiefs, national security specialists, and even the White House .... a judge decides to be an advocate on the bench for a policy that will be appealed and probably overturned. In the interim, this highlights (once again) that when judges decide to pursue policies that are against the will of most of the people, bitterness and recriminations will be the result. The proper procedure is to go through Congress where law makers are answerable to the public for their legislation .... or lack of.
