Turkey Agrees To Missile Defense, But With Conditions
Turkey will agree to deployment of a missile-defense system on its soil, if its three conditions are accepted. First, the Turkish authorities insist on building NATO, but not American missile defense shield. Second, Ankara also wants the deployment of the shield to cover the territory of all NATO allies. And third, Turkey wouldn't allow itself to become a frontline state for NATO, as it was during the Cold War.

My Comment: There will be announces of agreement publicly, but privately these conditions will not be accepted. The target is Iran .... and Turkey knows it.
