U.S. Attorney General Holder: Decision On Where The Trial For 9/11 Mastermind To Be Made Soon



Holder: Decision 'Close' On 9/11 Trial -- Politico

The Obama Administration is on the verge of making a decision about where to try alleged September 11 plotters including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday.

"We have been working on it and I think we're close to the decision," Holder told reporters during a press availability in connection with a U.S.-Canada meeting at the Justice Department.

My Comment: No decision is going to be made until this case has been resolved. If there is an aquital, the outrage that will result will doom any possibility of a trial in New York City. If there is a conviction, this trial will then be used as proof that a successful 9/11 trial can be held in New York City.
