Putin, Medvedev Talk Presidency -- UPI

MOSCOW, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin says he and his former protege, President Dmitry Medvedev, will make a "mutual decision" about the 2012 presidential run.

Many analysts see Medvedev as less powerful than his mentor Putin but coming up in strength and independence, RIA Novosti reported Friday.
