Obama To Talk About Afghanistan On Thursday -- USA Today

President Obama will discuss his Afghanistan war plan on Thursday, along with the results of a review that shows both "progress" and "challenges," spokesman Robert Gibbs said today.

"We are seeing some progress," Gibbs said. "We still have challenges in both (Afghan) security and governance."
