Official Chinese records indicate the nation's armed forces would weigh the use of nuclear weapons against a nuclear-armed country attacking its cities or critical infrastructure, Kyodo News reported today (see GSN, Aug. 17, 2010).
The planning document, titled "Lowering the Threshold of Nuclear Threats," could increase worries about Beijing's nuclear deterrent in Washington, Tokyo and other capitals, according to the news agency. China has formally ruled out initiating a nuclear first strike against another power.

just be ready, 2011 is a year of every single country will show off their military power, in order to to gain world power. as natural resources get scarce, the dominant military power will have a say on what happens, and no to talk about North Korea highly dependent on import to survive, it's present ruler is playing poker with bluff's so that the whole world gets scared of North Korea then his son steps in and cool down all the situation saying that he has a different view of his father and that he sees a world in peace, and for him stepping in power and cooling down the tensions North Korea will be back on the map for import export with better conditions because of the high tensions that Kim brought upon everyone and the relief of the tensions by the son stepping into power.
quite frankly I have no idea what im talking about, but all I hope for is that all this stays on BLUFF because if any of these countries start to put into action all of these threats everyone will be in deep deep trouble, with the USA's military scarred around the world, it will be tough.
2011 and 2012 will be defining years for every nation at this moment is gearing up, USA is now trying to bring all of their troops back home for the same reason, everyone is gearing up and everyone is talking sh!t, but lets hope nothing happens because the world's economy cannot handle a full scale war between world dominant powers, not to say enough people died already.

hah it´s ok David :)) it´s certainly worrisome times, but I think the likelihood of one or more small nuclear bombs going off in the middle of the US, planted by some radicals, is bigger than a military confrontation with China in the next ten years.. having said that, both sucks big time
