Duvalier, who presided over a nightmarish period in Haitian history with his infamous Tonton Macoute secret police force, flew into the earthquake ravaged country on Sunday after 25 years in exile in France.

My Comment: If these are his motivations, it would not surprise me one bit. But as to what is going to happen to Baby doc .... I believe that he will be charged in Haiti for crimes against humanity, and he will be convicted. As for "his money" .... I doubt that he is going to see a cent of it.
