Russia Stays On Alert After Suicide Bomber Kills 35 At Airport -- Bloomberg
Jan. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Russia remained on heightened security alert as investigators try to trace the tracks of a suicide bomber who attacked the country’s busiest airport yesterday, killing at least 35 people.
President Dmitry Medvedev ordered increased vigilance at airports and train stations and delayed his departure for the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, his spokeswoman, Natalya Timakova, said. Three men are being sought in connection with the attack, the Interfax news service reported yesterday.
