Editor`s Note

I have been told that my internet connection will be down for the next 12 hours (problems of working in the country). Maintenance is the reason, and I have been told that service will be restored by 13:00 EST Tuesday.

Update: My internet connection has just been restored. Regular blogging will return as soon as I find out what is happening in the world.
