Gaddafi On Offensive As Rebels Flee -- Sydney Morning Herald

ARAB League secretary-general Amr Mussa has called for a flight-exclusion zone over Libya and says he wants the group to play a role in imposing it, ahead of the league holding crisis talks on Libya in Cairo on Tuesday.

Mr Mussa said he was taking humanitarian action to support people in Libya in their fight for freedom. At the same time, Libya's top rebel official conceded his fighters had been driven out of the key oil port of Ras Lanuf.
