On a dusty road in Afghanistan, British soldiers inspect the bodies of two dead Taliban soldiers - one a known insurgent commander.

My Comment: While a lot of media attention has been directed at the impact that ieds are having on coalition soldiers, on the other side of the coin it appears that the Taliban are being decimated by hidden sniper teams. It is also obvious that this war is entering a new and bloody phase, and even though two snipers were able to kill 75 Taliban in forth days, the Taliban appear to have no problem in finding new recruits.
