SAS teams are on the ground in Libya with orders to pinpoint and destroy Colonel Gaddafi’s weapons.

My Comment: I alluded on the presence of special forces on the ground in Libya in order to accomplish air strikes like this one. This post from the Daily Mail confirms this. I also expect the equivalent of French special forces to be on the ground. As to U.S. special forces, no one is talking so I will have to assume that they are also in Libya (on the ground) at this moment.
