Libya Accuses Nato Of Undermining Negotiations With Rebels -- The Telegraph
The Libyan government has accused Nato of undermining secret negotiations it claims are under way with senior rebels in order to prevent a peaceful solution to the four-month conflict.
Covert and informal talks have taken place in a number of foreign states, including Italy and Norway, for the past two months, officials in Tripoli said.
The claims, which have been strongly contested by the rebel leadership, come amid growing speculation that Libyan representatives on both sides are increasingly convinced that the stalemate can only be broken through negotiations.

My Comment: I am sure both sides are talking .... at least through intermediaries. But there has been so much blood shed that I doubt that such talks are being taken serious .... that for all intents and purposes this has become a fight to the finish..
