Elections Declared A Success In One Party North Korea -- The Telegraph

North Korea may only have one political party, but that did not stop it from holding local elections, with 98 per cent of eligible voters casting a ballot.

"Polling stations are crowded with well-dressed voters eagerly waiting for their turns with many dancing to music of drums and gongs," reported the official Korean Central News Agency.

It added that all participants would cast a "yes" vote in support of the ruling Workers' Party, headed by Kim Jong-il.

The "Dear Leader" himself was photographed casting his vote, together with his son Kim Jong-un, in the North Korean capital, Pyongyang.

My Comment: One day .... these sham of an elections in North Korea will be gone .... but not today.
