North Korea Ready To Return To Nuclear Talks, Says Kremlin -- Deutsche Welle

North Korean leader Kim Jong Il said Wednesday he was ready to return to nuclear disarmament talks. During a rare visit to Russia, Kim also appealed to Moscow for aid and economic support.

North Korea is ready to resume talks on its nuclear program, a Kremlin spokeswoman revealed Wednesday after talks between Russian president Dmitry Medvedev and North Korean leader Kim Jong Il.
